- Erica and her team were incredible to work with. She’s a stone-cold professional with a lot of heart. Erica and Martina made sure our house sold smoothly and efficiently. We were not on island while we sold, so they went to the house multiple times to ensure all the big and little things were accounted for. Martina even went into the attic crawl space to find hidden treasures and offered to coordinate with family members to pick them up, like my mom’s beautiful old guitar.
